DMCA Policy and Copyright Protection

Effective Date: September 6, 2025

fartingtube respects intellectual property rights and follows the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If your copyrighted material has been posted here without permission, you may submit a formal DMCA notice through our contact form. We will act on valid requests as quickly as possible.

How to Send a Notice

Your notice must contain all of the following information:

  1. Contact details
Your full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  2. Work identification
A description of the copyrighted content. A list may be used if multiple works are involved.
  3. Location of infringing content
The specific URL(s) on fartingtube where the material is located.
  4. Good faith statement
A declaration that you believe, in good faith, the material is not authorized by the rights holder, their agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy statement
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
  6. Signature
A typed name, electronic, or physical signature will be accepted.

Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notification via our contact form. It must include:

  1. Your full contact details.
  2. Identification of the content that was removed and where it appeared before removal on fartingtube.
  3. A sworn statement that the removal was the result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your agreement to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., the courts where fartingtube operates) and acceptance of service of process from the original complainant.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Content may be reinstated within 10 business days after receiving a proper counter-notice unless we are informed that legal proceedings have been filed.

Repeat Violators

Users who repeatedly post infringing content may have their accounts suspended or terminated. Infringing material can also be removed at any time without prior warning.

False or Misleading Notices

Knowingly submitting false takedown notices or counter-notices can lead to legal liability, including damages and attorney fees. If uncertain about your rights, consult an attorney before filing.
